I struggled with this for a while and completely ignored any advice an old coach i had for a few days gave me because i thought it was stupid doing 360's the right way but i ended up doing my own way for 3 years and then realized i was an idiot and should have listened, so now i am trying to help anyone that struggles with it or didn't have the opportunity to have a coach explain it.
