Ever checked out the Jetson TK1? 64-bit quad core. It features the Tegra K1.

Another cool SOC dev board manufacturer is ODROID. They have a nice little ~2Ghz(2.2?) octa-core that runs Linux nicely.

I kind of want one to mess with. Although I'm looking into similar boards too. Somebody made a crunchbang spin that works with the pis.
