Saw this on the front Page, any thoughts?

I personally think it sounds awesome, my home mtn built a skate bowl/quarter pipe type thing last season and it was fun, but this sounds even better. Do you think we will see an increase in skate style parks soon, and more comps like this?

Gentemstick (Japanese snowboard company) has been doing this for a few years now. They build their bowls in different locations every year and it's pretty sweet. A few years ago they built the bowl at Whitewater, BC and it was really cool.

Skate-style courses are actually so much fun. Timberline recently built two adjacent tranny cubes, and there were seriously about 50 lines you could take through it. More mountain need this

^I hope they keep the cubes and/or build similar features around the mountain. Everyone seems to be having a blast on them.

Yeah, those cubes were sick, so many options, although I almost died over-shooting the first one to flat. More areas need funky creative tranny hits
