Boot Question

So i went to a bootfitter a while ago and got some full tilt classics that fit well. But now there is a gap behind my calves when i put my forward pressure on my shins and when i lean back there is a gap infront of my shins. Im wondering if this means if the liners are packed out or if it wasnt a good fit in the beginning, i feel like this is starting to inhabit my skiing ability, and also i reason why im not able to butter well. Does this mean they dont fit well, or should i go back to a boot fitter and get their opinion?

Dude I'm havin a real similar problem and it rly does effect how I ski and I just wear a shit ton of sox and it helps a little but not as much as I would like. But the solution to my solution is even more sox.

I might just go to a bootfitter instead of trying to solve this myself, any bootfitters or people on ns who knows what to do about this?

its hard to say without seeing it in person, but id say tighten your buckles and power strap ( but not so tight it bends your buckles when skiing)

my buckles are all the way tightened and so is the booster strap, im a size 10 shoe and i wear a 27.5, and would pics help?

i took the liner out of the shell, then put my foot in and saw how many fingers i couldve fit behind my heel and it was way more than 2, so i think theyre too big and i will probably go to a bootfitter tomorrow

Would i be able to trade boots in to a ski shop for credit towards another pair of boots?

Yep, that's a non-fixable problem unfortunately. A 2cm fit is the largest you want to be in (read: normal).

It depends on the shop's return/fit guarantee policy. If they had you in the size smaller and you wanted to go to the bigger (current) one then probably not. But definitely try to work with them for a solution. The shop wants to keep your business and I bet if you are polite and calm then they will work with you on that, rather than losing you to another shop or the evil internet.
