Favorite Groomed Run?

Title says it all! I know we all have a favorite run that we love to bomb, find side hits and just straight up chill on outside of the park. What's your favorite run/where is it; and why?

Mine is schoolmarm at keystone. Anyone who skis there knows its a mellow run, but it's 3.5 miles of pure bliss. Theres tons of mini kickers, a few tree jibs and a few minor off groomer tree runs that are a thrill.

Great Eastern, Killington. Long and not steep but great for side hits and practicing butters. Also really fun when skiing with the family.

Four Pipe at Spirit Mountain
Has a small park at the top, then leads into a nice mellow groomer run with tons of side jibs and a decent roller for big butters.

Twister at Gore. Super long, tons of speed, nice and wide, head walls and untouched groomers at the bottom. SO MUCH FUN just lapping on my gs or sl skis.

Vagabond at steamboat, all of those step downs were so much fun. Haven't been in awhile so I'm not sure if it's still the same.
Or Wild Turkey at Holimont, so much to boost off of the drop down at the end.

Copperopolis sucks. Rosies is the run at copper that will put hair on your chest if you rip it. its the run the US ski team trains on in the early season. I make like 3 turns going close to 80 mph on the final face. It is insanely steep and the snow is always so hard.

Lappin the gondi at Aspen Mtn in the afternoon with cans of fat tires and weed taking the usual wide open cruiser down. Thats 3300 ft of vert though so a few different runs.

more resorts should try to do more with groomed snow. One year, my resort made a decent sized skier cross course that led into a field of mellow jibs. Such a fun run, but they never even attempted it again. It makes those 2 week dry spells so much more bearable.

Over all my favorite mountain groomers to rip would be Whiteface NY, but My favorite specific trail there would be Mountain Run, it comes right down the face, has a beautiful view, its steep as all hell and has 3 head walls you can launch. My second would be Upper and Big Dipper at Burke Mtn, for the same reason it has 3 awesome head walls.

The only lift in mn where it takes longer to ski to the bottom then get to the top.

Run 20 - Obergurgl-Hochgurgl You can get to ~70mph and effectively scrub (like in MX) over the large rollers at the bottom. It's not even difficult either.

Anything semi flat so there's no fucked up falline to fight the whole way down. Both something consistent in pitch and steep so you can get a good rhythm going and blast down it, also trails with some nice rolls and turns.


HAven't ridden it in a few years but always liked Lies at more Jorein feb around 10 am.

It is long and wide with plenty more of small side hits/ little drops, so you an mess around on those or just haul ass down the middle. I set my PR for speed on that run.

Long john at mt. Snow not steep like at all but so fun for a warmup with a shit ton of side jibs/hits and even some glades right off of it that can be clutch because not many people know they are there.

This, lots of fun chutes on both sides almost all the way and you can drop into last tango halfway down and haul associated through the mt bike trail

Afton Alps in MN usually has a ski/boardercross course set up down a longer (for mn) groomer that's pretty fun to mess around on.

otherwise, Mozart at Keystone is really fun and Moe Mentum at Whitefish has these two huge rollers that you can boost pretty far off of.
