Anyone who owns Full Tilts... HELP!

So i just got a new pair from this year in a 27.5, and i'm torn. My toe is touching the tip and i dont know whether to size up or just go with it. no pressure, just touching the tip, like perfect size. I'm assuming i will have more space once i thermo fit them and i can't be sure, and there's no returning them after that... Help!

That said, would love the help despite the boring, unsearchbarrable problem, and of course merry christmas to everyone!

Did you go to a bootfitter and get fit? If not then i would, but if they fit really well they could probably bring the shell out in the toe, also toe caps when heat molding will help.

No one does FT around here and it was a X-mas surprise (student budget = no new gear like ever) so boot fitter was not possible. I just need to know if they will expand enough to allow for a comfortable fit, have no clue and no one knows around here.

wearing them will definitely make them expand after a little while. and heat moulding them will make them expand even more.

It's impossible for us to tell you if your boots fit or not, without seeing your feet.

I would say you should mold them and just go with it. They should give you just a little more room once they really get broken in, and then it should be a perfect fit.

full tilt liners are notorious for packing out quickly. i would ride them and if they hurt your big toe, have the toe box punched at your shop.

they'll pack out a fair amount. you'll be fine. just don't ski back seat everywhere for the first couple of days and keep your toe nails short

Alright, good to know about the packing out. But the biggest pain has got to be the width around the lower ankle. My foot comes in at 99mm at the widest so it should be good. But did anyone else go through hell around the lower ankle area when putting these on for the first time? Would put me at great ease just to know. Thanks everyone!

yeah ur fine, i ride my boots a size small. (i fit in a 28.5 how u fit in ur boots, i ride in a 27.5 ft hotdogger)

Yes, after heat molded, and wearing them it got 1000 times better so you will be fine. Like previously said the liners will pack even there so.

After use they should grow a half size cause the padding scrunches down and they should fit perfect

So the heel hot spot issue i dealt with as well. I'm also torn as to selling my size 28.5 booters from this year because they really hurt my heel after only 3 hours or so of skiing.
