Whiplash

I got some wicked whiplash yesterday. I tried to broken grind, and I caught my front edge. Fell in a seated position, body stopped moving but my head just got rocked. My neck still hurts. Anyone else ever get some bad whiplash?

Saw a dude headbanging way too hard to some heavy metal on the chair and he fell down as soon as he got off because he had no sense of balance.

Not gonna lie whiplash sucks big time. Crashed backwards off a jump today cuz I suck. My neck was hurting within hours. Gonna be a long week... Fuck
