Roommate problems

Hey NS, how's your day going? Basically, I have roommate problems. I live in an apartment off campus, and have one male, and one female roommate. They used to date, so it's kinda awkward at time, The male will make dinner for my roommate using my food, and leave me empty handed. They frequently throw parties, and allow people to go in my room during said events. One thing that bugs me the most is the cable bill, it sounds stupid, but I don't know how ours works/watch tv, so paying $40 a month for something I don't use kinda bugs me. I've had things stolen from me, or thrown out because "they weren't sure if I was using it." Our lifestyles really don't vibe, but they're nice so I thought I'd be able to last a year in this place. I have no say in basically anything in the house, but the girl and I are really good friends so I kinda ignore it. I'm considering moving out and trying to find a different place. This would require breaking my lease, but would be way better for me mentally. So NS, how do I go about telling my roommates they need to start looking for someone to take my room/tell my friend she's great but I can't live with her?
