The third book wasn't very good, nor very long, and they decided it deserved two movies. So you can say I'm not very excited for it. The first two were great, and JLaw is hot, but still.
Worst book of the series, and the fact that it's only half of a book make me not excited. It will probably do well in the box offices but I don't expect it to be anywhere near the others

That's exactly what's going to happen, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to watch it. Without having read the books, I thought the first two were decent movies and I have little reason to doubt the last ones will be bad (despite dragging it out into two movies, which I hate).
Also, I live in a small town with a one screen theatre that rarely gets anything good and cheap nights make almost anything worth watching.
It will undoubtedly be another case of the rest of the cast holding up Jlaw's incapable acting.
I don't get how this series is so fucking hot, I have never read the books, but have been able to give you a complete rundown of the entire movie within the first five minutes. Its like harry potter but with less character development and a simpler plot line.

Really? How did everyone think these movies were "well made"? I thought they had a pretty cheesy vibe to them. Saw the first one and didn't really like it, didnt see the second, and the third's trailer looks pretty corny as well. I dunno, maybe I'm just into a different type of movie...
Saw it tonight. Decent. Wouldn't go out of my way to see it again, but there are also worse ways to spend a couple of hours. Definitely interested to see what the do with Hoffman in the next movie.
it was pretty good for what it was. a lot of critics are complaining about it, but it did what it needed to do, which was set up the conclusion of the series.

They had already finished filming both movies when he passed away I think
I enjoyed it, definitely a lot darker than the others though
