Bennett.Work on leaning forward until you have to catch yourself with your hands in a pushup position or even go all the way around like a handspring. Get a feel for how your skis will react
CRiPcome in hot, lean forward so your weight is over your toes and kick one leg back as you pop. Make sure you pop before you throw and it will come around really easily. Also make sure you throw the flip forwards--not downwards. Lots of people just throw their body downwards when they try frontflips. Pop up and out and then just tuck
*cgski*Lift one leg up and pop off those tips, make sure you have enough speed and really commit, they are super easy, but be weary if you carry too much speed and over rotate it hurts alot
