Stop goggles from fogging

How do you guys stop your goggles from fogging up. I'm stoked for the season, but not looking forward to my goggles fogging up every lift ride.

Buy this stuff called Catcrap. It's like Chapstick. Just rub it on and wipe it off, it works like a charm.

gotta manage your body temp better, unzip you jacket if you're overexerting yourself, make sure your not wearing a balaclava that keeps the heat and temperature in.

If this doesn't help you need better goggles

Thanks for all the replies. I heard CatCrap only works for like a couple hours, or does it last a long time? And that video is awesome, his ski skills are so on par.
