Bindings too loose in the back?

So a few days ago I was trying a nose press and I popped out of my bindings. Ive had them for a while and have had no problems til now, where they come loose during nose presses and sometimes in a landing. I have the din at 7 on each side and I wonder if maybe i should get them tightened at least in the back? If one of you had some experience and could help me I'd love to hear some advice

You need to tighten the entire binding if you want to raise your DIN, otherwise the bindings won't release the way they're supposed to. If you aren't sure 100% how to set them, then its easier and a lot safer to just take them into a ski shop. They might even do it for free

A few thing to consider. You say you h e had the bindings a while is this also true for your boots? It may be that the heel lug ha been damaged and is not holding the boot as well as it could. It could also be that the forward pressure needs adjusting. It's the forward pressure being correct which will stop pre releases. If you do not know what forward pressure is take them to a shop to have them looked at. It may also be simply that you do need to up the din slightly but I would try other things before raising the din.
