2013 B-Dog Jacket? +K

I ski primarily at Watchuset’s in MA, and will occasionally take trips up North to Killington and Mount Snow.

I was wondering how this jacket performs. Is it breathable and warm? And what would be the ideal temps to wear this jacket. Is it durable?

Originally, it was priced 330 but marked down to 230. Is it worth buying this jacket?

It's a great jacket. I haven't noticed any durability issues on mine, all the seams and stitches are very good.

The jacket is good in all temperatures except the warmest days. It really shines however on the coldest days, put on a few layers underneath it and you will never get cold no matter how freezing it is. On warmer days I just wear one or two less layers underneath it and I don't find I overheat, also you can take the arms off and wear it as vest on warm days. It is very breathable, keeps you warm but doesn't make you sweat.

I really recommend it, especially if were you ski gets really cold often.

Thanks, on average where I ski it’s about 30-32 degrees. Good to know that it is durable.

It's 10k 10k so it's no goretex top of the line performance jacket however it will you do you fine for east coast. If you were to get into touring or hiking then I'd suggest something else, however since I'm going to assume you're just going to chuck a hoodie underneath 10k won't be a problem.
