i like jumping from concrete ledges to the cement below. it helps get me ready for big jumps. try and stick the landings tho

I've been doing a ton of running and biking. Both are extremely fun but running might be counter intuitive for saving the knees.

Jump squats. Also, stretching is really important for knee health.
