Ski edit bad song choice

I was in the car and got bored so I put on the free album of U2 that iTunes downloaded to every person's Apple device. I was starting to like it.

The question is How bad would it be to use a song from the U2 album that is pretty popular because every person has it in a ski edit? The song would go pretty well with my editing and style of filming.

Haters will come so don't just troll me.
