2013 K2 Kung Fujas?

I can't find anything about them around here. What do you think? I want to buy them from my brother and he's giving me a killer deal. I wanna buy them as an extra set of wider skis i can just float in the pow. Good decision or no?

They're not the greatest pure powder ski, more of an all mountain park ski then a powder ski. They're waist is only 102mm which is fairly narrow for a ski you're going to be using in powder.

Bottom line is they will be good for a few inches of fresh new snow and also they'll be good on harder more cut up stuff as well. They just won't be the best for the deepest days, if you're looking for a more purely pow ski look for something with a wider waste (115mm+).

Great ski. Pretty bummed that K2 scrapped it. Skied it over in Japan last winter and they handled the pow great. Took it into the park and was super fun. It's a playful soft ski and pretty durable

They didn't really scrap it, they just upgraded it and renamed it to the Shreditor 102

The Kung Fujas became the Shreditor 102 just like the Pettitor became the Shreditor 120 and the SideSeth became the Annex 118.

I skied the Shreditor 102 last year in both a 189cm and 179cm and it was by far my favourite ski in the K2 line up.

The shreditor 102 has more rocker, and is made out of aspen/paulownia, instead of aspen/fir...Its going to be a tiny bit lighter and a little softer, and ski shorter. The rocker is similar when weighted I guess but not quite, watch this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uS6oC54g79I . Im wondering who has tried both the 2013 kung fujas, and the 2014 shreditor 102, and if they liked the changes.
