Yeah it might be the cool new thing but here soon it might not be the cool new thing. Don't get something permanent if you don't know if you want it for sure or just because "it's the thing".

I have quite a bit of tattoos. Think about your future before getting them. I will never get anything that can't be covered up by a long sleeve collared shirt.
As for them being the cool new thing I would disagree ratios have between around for an extremely long time.
Lastly don't get a fucking tattoo if your dumbass doesn't know what you want on your body for ever.

They aren't some cool new trend, they have been around forever. They are just becoming more socially acceptable now

I'll be the first one to go against this. Although all my tattoos have deep personal meaning to me, I don't think all tattoos have to. I think someone can get a tattoo because they deeply love how it looks.
