Marker griffon, jester, or fks..

I weigh 135 and am an intermediate/advanced skier
I think i like a lighter feel?

Out of those 3..jester. But I'd push you more towards sth2 or attack 13

fks is a good binding, but is prone to have brake problems, and the jester is all around good binding, just a slightly higher stack height

no.
Unless you buy a race ski with a built in Riser/track system you can use any binding with any ski.
