Jerome.The.LlamaCan't claim this on warranty, I have been hitting rails and Armada will just claim that it was the mounters fault. It's not super significant and i been skiing on these for the last couple of days, I'm just worried that it will progress and is there anything i can do about it?
If its a major manufacturing defect they will fix the issue regardless. I had a pair of Heads that I had been hitting rails all season with have an edge pull out, they sent me a new pair no questions asked. If it was the shop who mounted it wrong, go talk to the MANAGEMENT of the shop, not the dude who mounted them. Of course that guy wont comp to it.
Jerome.The.LlamaI'm in Australia so it is kind of hard to make the international call. I've taken it to the local ski shop on my mountain and they seem happy to fix it. I'm really enjoying the ski and thank you for the awesome customer service!
You just had the company reach out to you to get the issue fixed on a public forum. If you are too cheap not to make the international call (especially when things like Skype make this so cheap these days), thats on you. You can either spend the couple bucks on a phone call, and possibly get a brand new pair of skis for free, or not spend a couple dollars and buy a new pair of skis yourself for many hundreds of dollars. Your call. Seems obvious to me.
