Today we lost a friend, hero, inspiration and icon of Freesking. Timy was an awesome dude who lived life to the fullest and showed us how to have fun. His segments and shenanigans were always mind-blowing and showed everyone how to have fun. From the FWT to backcountry booters. Base Jumping to Deep Pow. Dutton was a well-rounded skier who helped push the sport to the limits, all with a smile on his face. He was one of the most badass dudes out there who forever changed freeskiing. My thoughs and condolences go out to Timy's family and friends. S.I.P Timmy Dutton

Devastated. I met Timy for the first time last week as we were to film in A-Basin. Within 10 minutes after shaking hands we were planning fun stuff. The fellow had the craziest, most positive energy and the best vibes ever and a ripper he was, even in shitfuck conditions like in the pic above.

See you on the other side, with only blue skies and endless amounts of top grade sushi. Shred in peace and fly free!

Yea the lack of love for such a great guy is really disappointing. Timy was famous for doing backflips off anything and everything. To honor him, tag some pics doing backies with #backflipsfortimy. I threw one off everything I could find today.

For sure. Heading up to Tuckermans this weekend and gonna set up a backflip kicker at the bottom of my line for Timy Backflips
