Shredsauce screen recorder?

So I've been playing a on of shredsauce lately and I wanna get a screen recorder but I dont wanna pay any $$. Help me out. (I have a mac)

Quicktime player on your mac will do screen recordings. Just open quicktime and go file>new screen recording
