getting it down on tramp or airbag first is a huge bonus....
then to get started, check in your jump straight a few times and try to visualise/time your backflip
then when you're gonna do it, make sure you set it nice and square, shoulders straight, hips straight, etc. Basically make sure you don't get off axis
remember to pop and spot, pop correctly (not too soon, not too late) throw your hips forward, arch your back and look up until you spot your landing...
in the air you can then adjust accordingly by tucking or keeping stretched out a little longer (feeling this is the hardest, using the knuckle as a reference helps a lot)
anyways, good luck with it and don't forget to bring a condom when you throw your first one cause bitches 'll be cravin for your D !
