Tuck up your legs a bit so the spin won't be floppy
MAKE SURE you are leaning a tad forward in your boots (Like Gus said about shin pressure in the vid^) because you will land backseat really hard if you don't
Keep doing them and keep moving up in jump size, eventually try to get some grabs in. Just work on going a tad bigger/deeper every time you do it and try to lay out the spin as much as you can because no one likes a future spin cork 7, they just look ugly. Hope this helps
