Seriously though, this is pretty messed up. At least 10 men with knives, dressed in black killed 28 and injured at least 113 in a Chinese train station.

this is interesting in a political way because these men could easily be part of something bigger... the Yakuza trying to make a point? plus, does anyone know how many men did the stabbings? the BBC article is pretty unclear

I've looked around on a bunch of different new sites (CBC, CTV, BBC, CNN, etc) and pretty much everyone has the same AP story. I think they shot 5 of the attackers, but it sounds like there were more.

No but really, that's awful. Imagine how truly brutal and terrifying that scene must have been. Being stabbed to death would be an awful way to die, especially after witnessing others around you suffer the same fate. Didn't some other type of knife massacre happen in China the same day as the Sandy Hook shooting?

I know the event happened in China, but the men who committed the crimes weren't necessarily Chinese.
