haha so true. this past summer i would go as much as 2 and a half days without sleeping when i was out partying of skating. the only downside is it takes a good whole day of sleeping to get back to normal but so does drinking.

yea lateralis is right. I wrote a long ass research paper on this. plus if you get more sleep the night after you study, the more sleep the better, cause if you sleep longer your brain turns short term memory into long term memory better, thus better grades. Lack of sleep is really bad, you will gain wait, your skin will break out from it, your immune system plummets... the list goes on and on, so just hit the sheets will ya

If you go 72 hours without sleep your body goes into a natural trip or high. Equivilant to that of eating mushrooms or acid. Your mind will freak out your heart rate goes nuts your mind begins hallucinating it is scary as fuck. Its so hard to stay up that long though unless cocaine is involved and in that case u cant be sure what is causing the weird shit!!




Pete is currently sulking around Mt. Hood, shooting with Poor Boyz Productions and hitting on Kristi Leskinen. She hates guys, Pete lamented, so it’s not going good. Apparently Canada isn’t the only thing that’s tough for Pete to get into.

Guh... I've been averaging an hour or less a night since I came back up to Alaska, and last night was terrible with the drinking. Sooo out of it.

I did 44 a couple weeks ago. I had to wake up at 5 in the morning, then that night we went drinking. I meant to sleep, but this girl and I stayed up talking all night. Then the next night I had to stay up till 1:30 because there was a movie on TV. I was really tired after that.

one time i took caffeine pills to run fast at my cross country race and i didnt sleep the entire night i laid on my back sweating and feeling like i was going to throw up. THE ENTIRE NIGHT. it was the absolute worst thing ive ever done. it just sucked

Thats sucks...i dunno why you would every wanna take caffeine pills before an xc race though, it seems to me that it would just fuck you up even more...i usually just take like 600mg of motrin and im set.

I went a few hours less than a week my freshman year without sleep. It was horrible. Procrastination can sure kick your ass. I take that back... I got about a minute or two here and there when I'd doze off for a minute sitting up, but that's it.

Thats not slow exactly...just depends on how much you train and your commitment and a little born talent. And it doesn't really matter if you are slow as long as you enjoy the sport and running and everything else incorporated with it.

feels good, like i went 2 nights without sleeping on a school trip and i was like walking across a road and all of a sudden a car was like screaching infront of me and i was like just looking at it not moving until i realized i had to get the fuck out of the way. how long can you go without sleeping before you die?

the longest ive gone was 45 hours or so of staying up, and it was fucken rough but i couldnt sleep after i was officially scared for life and it still haunts me to this day

lat's right. i saw that on a tv documentary. not getting enough sleep makes your body produce these things that crave carbs and certain stuff that make you fat. Get sleep=stay skiiny

ive stayed up for like 25 hours...then i pass out...ive never actually tried to say up for a couple days but sometimes it happens
