Lens Help

I found these for a good price but I doesn't say what lens these are? Anyone out there want to help me out please do. I thought they were blackout lens and like a sensor mirror?

One is an ignitor mirror and the other is a blue sensor

it seems like it at that angle but you can see the silver/grey reflection and they listed ignitor so its probably right
