Professor hates technology?

I dislocated my shoulder and (long story short) I can't write at the moment. I can however type with one hand. My plant science professor doesn't allow ipads/laptops in the classroom though. Should O bring my computer anyways and hope he'll understand?

welcome him to the 21st century. Then show him technology and that he needs to deal with it.

Then assert him that you pay him, and you're paying to be there, so you're going to use your computer.

you seem like one of those people going around snapping pics of city workers telling them to work harder cause you pay their salary.

Stand up to him... you all act like proffs are some scary, angry monster.

Dont tell him off, just explain to him what is going to happen and why it is going to happen. If he threatens grade lowering, use your comp for that class period, and then go schedule an appointment with the department head, where you explain the situation. your proff will get a new, gaping asshole torn for him by your department head.

Apparently the trade off for using technology is I get two weeks (or four classes) and have to sit in the very front row. Oh well, at least I get to use it.

I don't know, controlling fire to make smoke signals is also technically technology, so that rules pretty much everything out.
