Interesting Concept - Beat Farm: Jalapeño

I was looking online recently and this caught my eye,

The idea that you could create your own beats that would match up with the run itself would make things a lot easier in the editing process and also could lead to interesting remixes.

It's through Kickstarter so there's a chance it won't even be funded, but I think it's still a compelling idea nonetheless.

Great Idea and it looks really interesting but they are looking for $200 for the unit.

Hmm, This is really cool and has soooo much potential. I could see myself using this, but not for $200, thats kinda rediculous. Hopefully they make a cheaper version available after the main release in october.

Looks sweet. Can ypu put any song into it or only some?? And 200 bucks is crazy. I was thinking like 90 bucks

Yeah I think you can set it up so it's anything you want. If it actually got produced I'd wait at least a year to see if prices dropped or if you could get it used. $200 is pretty crazy.

Hey Fellas! My name's Ben, I'm one of the makers of the Jalapeño. Saw your post about it and wanted to thank you guys for sharing your honest thoughts.

We agree, the price is too expensive. It's been tricky to bring costs down, but we've been working at it and finally figured out how to drop the price to $139 -- a new reward (SO SPICY) will be released on the KS page tonight!

Anyway, appreciate the props/feedback and any questions, hit me up.
