I've listened through the discography of 6/8 people you've listed (I havent gotten to Jadakiss or all the way through Jay yet). In my opinion if you take out dre Kanye is of course nowhere near the lyrical genius that the people you mentioned are, (Although he does have some awesome punchlines at times). However you are definitely in the minority opinion of hiphop fans when you say that college dropout and late registration were "good albums but the rest of his shit is terrible." Some people consider My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy the best album in recent years (Not me, I'm partial to G.O.O.D. Kid Maad City.)You seem to have the opinion that older-school rap is the end all be all of the genre. Yes opinions are your own and I can't change them, but at some point you do need to realize that the large majority of hip hop fans disagree with you completely.
His music now is a lot different than it was 10 years ago, but I wouldn't say its shit. He's come out with some very polarizing stuff, especially the whole yeezus album, but you can't deny that songs like black skinhead and blood on the leaves have amazing production.
I'm not saying kanye is the GOAT, but in terms of influence on the genre, I would say that hes getting close to some of the names you mentioned. If he stays alive and continues coming out with good music, in a 40 years I guarantee that he will be hailed as one of the all time greats.
