So I'm not a big New Year's resolution kind of a guy, but that doesn't mean it's not a good time to evaluate training goals for the year ahead. Do you want to gain mass? Lose weight? Get stronger? Run further/faster? Compete in something?
My goal for 2014 is to qualify for the weightlifting nationals as a 105kg lifter. Means I need to drop about 20kg and my total (snatch + clean and jerk) needs to increase from about 238kg to 260kg. It's going to be a ton of work, but doable.
