Just got back from seeing this. Such a sick movie and awesome acting from a solid lineup of actors/actresses.

In a day and age of shitty movies that are mostly dependent upon CGI, it's good to see a movie like this come through every so often.

Definitely go see it.


PS- Christian Bale is an incredible fucking actor.

Looks sick, and every time I see Jennifer Lawrence crawling on the bed in the commercial I think "I really dont need any other reason to see this movie than that right there".

Saw American Hustle and I have to say, I shared your opinion beforehand but seeing this made me come to the conclusion that they are pretty even. I loved American Psycho, and it's by far his best performance, after those two the second Batman movie comes to mind. He's a solid actor though, I'd recommend you go see it!

Agreed. He's pretty incredible in this one too though.

The Dark Knights and The Fighter were pretty good portrayals of his acting ability as well. Also, did you see how much weight he lost for that movie "The Machinist"? He weighed like 80 lbs, it was fucked. Talk about dedication to his roles

There is hype because she is super talented, down to earth, funny, and not afraid to eat cheeseburgers; not because she is megan fox. That being said I personally think she is really hot, but too each his own.

Putting here aside, this movie looks awesome, going to go see it tomorrow

Agreed. Just saw it today and it wasn't as good as i thought it would be. It wasn't necessarily hard to follow as much as just unfocused and tried to do too much with too many different plot lines. Ended up not really caring that much about what happened to any of the characters because of it. Sympathized somewhat with Christian Bale's character, but not as much as I would have liked. The writing was also weak and overly cliche/sentimental, especially at the beginning of the movie.

It does play with some interesting ideas, though, and is still worth seeing at least once.

Don't mean to disagree, because if you meant the best performance he's done I'd have to agree.

But the best movie Christian Bale has been in is The Dark Knight.

This is a major selling point on the movie ticket. If she doesn't I'll wait to watch it at home, if she does I'm gonna pay the ticket price and j/o in the back of the theater.

no she doesn't...but see this movie for amy adams fuck was she sexy the whole time

honestly i had really high expectations for this movie and thought it was good not great

definitely more about the characters than the plot...but honestly all of the actors do a phenomenal job, gotta give props to louis ck too he was funny and killed it i thought

Amy Adams is so hot in the movie. All those braless shirts she wears. I wanted to tear them open and play with whats behind.


Great movie in all. Would recommend.

Just watched and wtf that was just god awful boring. Even the trailer looked terrible, but it was the only movie my friends wanted to watch. Don't waste your time unless you want a few laughs from jlaw

have heard so many mixed reviews on this. one of my friends said she fell asleep and another friend said he thought it was awesome.  The movie cleaned hose at the golden globes last night too. gonna have to watch it to see for myself if it lives up to the hype
