This time last year I was happily trying stuff like switch 4's on and out of boxes and rails, bigger spins and new flip variations on kickers, all the usual stuff, and was progressing pretty well. Anyway overtime I seem to have developed a serious case of "The Fear" to the point where I'm nervous of just hitting normal rails and jumps. It's started to really push my riding backwards to the point that I'm worse now than I was 2 years ago.
Has anyone got any tips to reset my mentality? I'm pretty sure it's all in my head (although I'm partially blaming it on the fact my boots are wrecked and don't hold my foot properly anymore, probably bullshit but it makes me feel better about it).
Anyway yeah, help me out here NS!
