Hackintosh question

I have built a new hackintosh that I am having troubles with when it comes to installing the OS. I have configured my motherboard to the recommended BIOS settings, however upon starting the installation I get the grey apple screen. If you have any suggestions or recommendations as to how to proceed it would be greatly appreciated!

Here is my hardware,
Core™ i7-4930K Processor, 3.40GHz w/ 12MB Cache

GA-X79S-UP5-WIFI w/ DDR3 2133, 7.1 Audio, Dual Gigabit Lan, 3 Way SLI / CrossFireX

GeForce GTX 780 3GB PCI-E w/ ACX Cooler, Dual DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort

Carbide Series 500R Case, Black

Sniper Series 32GB PC3-12800 Quad Channel DDR3 Kit, Black (4 x 8GB)

1TB Desktop HDD SATA III w/ 64MB Cache
Extreme II Solid State Drive, 120GB

Professional Series HX650 Modular Power Supply

NH-D14 CPU Cooler SE2011

Obviously I've used tonymacx86 for most of my help, however, information regarding the use of the GTX780 and the GA-X79S-UP5 is pretty limited as the combination is fairly unique for what I'm doing. I can't remove the gpu as the 4930k has no internal gpu which is where I'm kind of fuck, as I need to be able to install the OS to be able to install the DSDT for the GTX780

also what are you planning on doing with the computer? It seems completely excessive for someone who can't figure out how to install an operating system.

Yeah I built my own PC last year, wanted to make a hack with dual boot, but never did... So I can't help you there a ton as I never really got into the mac side of it, but really want to. Awesome setup you got there. Freaking beast machine. How much did that all run you total? But like other people say, tonymac forums and asking there might yield more expert advice than NSG

I know how to install OS, it's the GPU that needs to be worked around. It'll be used primarily for video and photo editing.

go to tonymac, built my mackintosh last year, its really fun but this build will give you problems, once you sort em out just remember to be super careful updating, wait until they come out on the tonymac site with how an update will effect your system
