how do you get to chad's from the bottom of alta?

january 8th - 15th ish me and a few friends are gonna be out in alta. need to know how to get to chads gap from alta base, or whether or not its possible to ski to it.

hehe Arn't you going to follow this time? Btw... this is to everyone, how high up in the air are you from the ground in the middle of the gap? I've been wondering that for ages and I don't trust my own opinion so please tell me! The first who tell me in meters gets KARMA ++ =)

^ my built in gyroclycelerationer tells me approximately 10-13 meters maximum.
