Mine is 4.81

You know Vince Wilfork of the NE Patriots runs a 5.08 40? That's a 6'2", 325 lb. man running at you at 5 second 40-yard dash speed. And he can dunk a basketball at 325 lbs, so he's got explosiveness for days. That's a scary concept...

I have learned through the years from Highschool football, college football and college track that people have no true idea of their 40 time. Having your coach time you is not your 40 time. Unless you ran it at some sort of college or pro combine on electronic timing it doesnt count and you should prob add .3 at least to what ever time your coach said. I was pretty fast in high school and I was electronically timed at 4.69.  By my senior year in college from sprinting in track I dropped to a 4.46 electronic. And they I hear of guys telling me that they run a 4.6 or 4.4 in high school... hahahaha nope.

I play baseball so they time my 30 yard dash time which is 4.0. The average is a 4.3 so I'm fine with it

The 40 yard dash isn't even a good test of your speed. The real test is the 35 yard crab walk. That shit separates the men from the boys

My old soccer coach had a 4.3 40 he played mls and there were only 2 people faster than him in the nfl

well i remember in 8th grade i could do a 40 yard dash in 5.1 but that was years ago :P
