Frontflip vs backflip??

Hey peepz, I was just wondering if a frontflip or backflip is easier IN YOUR OPINION, and which one did you do first? Also, what is the best way to practice either one of these, if you can do it on a trampoline can u do it on skis? Thanks!!

Frontflips are easier. But that might have something to do with almost breaking my neck the first time I tried to backflip...committing to them is hard for me
