Yeah OP since you could hear this apparently could you explain it a bit? Trying to get an idea of why he was kicked out and where the "assault" occured.

It sounded like this guy was upset that the high school was preparing the students for community college and not a university. The board members then kicked him out as he tried to ask a question. That's what I got from it.

If that is the case then this guy was totally in the right and should not have been thrown out.

The dad is upset with the school and trying to ask questions about how they're prepping their children-- police officer steps in and tells him to leave-- he reluctantly goes but then wants to go back and grab his bag-- officer wont let him and throws him out. Sounds like he is being charged for assaulting a police officer. This is an awful lot like most of my condo HOA meetings.
