**help** Taking photos of stars

I recently moved to bozemen, Mt from ohio and the stars here are insane. I've been trying to take pictures with my t3i and can't seen to focus on the stars to the point where they stand out.

I'd urge you to look at the M&A forum main page. Not ten threads from this one is one called "Star Photography Tutorial". Please pay more attention before cluttering this thread.
