Handling: Your item(s) will leave our office in the next 1 to 3 business days.
Tracking: We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and at this time they do not provide us with tracking numbers. Unfortunately this means you cannot track your package. We apologize for any inconvenience.
US shipping time: If you live with in the United States, feel free to contact us if your package does not arrive within 10 business days.
International shipping time: Due to international borders and customs agents often holding packages for over a week, non-U.S. customers should wait at least 17 business days before notifying Stept of a missing package.
Contact: In the case of a package not arriving, please contact email@example.com (phone: 303-351-1952) and we will resend your complete order. Please do not file a claim with PayPal as they are usually hard to reverse and getting your items will require restarting the ordering process completely.
Returns: If you would like to return an item, simply mail it to the return address on the package: Stept 735 17th St. Boulder, CO 80302. Include a note specifying if you would like to exchange it for another item or receive a refund. We will contact you via email that we have received the package and taken the requested action.
