Scimitar open +/-

I ski for about 2 years and a half now and I need new skis. I'm mostly a jibber and I was thinking about the scimitar open from rossignol. I'm 5,5 feet and 110 pounds.

please help

If you want a fatter park ski then scitmar would be a solid choice. If you want somthing a little less wide go with the line Chronic.

They are a soft ski with a jiibby feel. The only downfall would be if you prefer a ski with a narrow waist or if you want a ski with camber. (the scimitar is 99 underfoot with full rocker)

I wouldn't go chronic. I had a pair this year and they delamed and no warranty for them.

ok ill be straight forward here. i mostly only ski rails so i guess im a "jibber". to be honest the best "jib" skis ive ever had have been skinny with camber and a ton of flex. for this i recommend the ninthward urban twin. honestly the best and my favorite ski ever. the things were damn near indestructable. i also ride the older armada pipe cleaners with full sidewall. so fucking buttery

Are you wanting a super buttery ski?

And also is this ski intended as a dedicated park ski or will you be using it as an all-mountain ride as well?

I only had one pair of twin and they were stiff so I never try buttery skis and I don't know what I like more

And I only ski in the park

Do you still have your stiff skis?

A lot of park skiers have a jump/pipe ski which is stiffer to help with control and landings, and a super fun buttery ski for rails and screwing around.

You could look into some K2 Domains if you want something buttery. Hell, I don't know park skis that well though.

Check out some review sites maybe.

I know Blister Gear Reviews are dope, but they are limited on park skis. Just try searching around, not just on NS.

Watch YouTube videos, see what people are skiing on. Also! Watch youtube reviews of skis. Those are great.
