Offloading t3s

so I had acl and meniscus surgery like 3 weeks ago and all they gave me was a bottle of T3s. they didn't work very well so my friend's mom prescribed me tremadol instead.

anyways now I have ~50 tylenol 3s just kickin around and apparently they're worth $10-15 each. the problem is I'm not a drug dealer and I don't know anybody who sells anything besides weed. How can I get rid of these and make a bunch of cash? I live in ontario

tramadol doesn't do shit for pain either. Got prescribed that for my fractured ribs and it didn't do shit
