So today was scheduled to be the first day of WCS out on Mt. Hood. I know there's going to be plenty of news updates and 1337. is out there doing his own coverage. However, I personally like to see all the media updates/videos/photos coordinated into one convenient spot so this can be that spot.

It's windy! Beautiful weather otherwise, but the lifts aren't spinning today.
Just chilling at windells today, hopefully it calms down as the week goes on.

The teem with Keefer and Mcveigh will honestly be so buttery, then when you want to see a hard trick Will Wesson will do a 540 surface swap double pretzel pee-in-her butt. Early favorites.

this is too sick!

I honestly can't decide what team I like more. Obvious favorite will be Team 4bi9 #1, with a close following by 4bi9 #2 right below them. But then Team 3 has McRae, Alex, Gorham, and more crazy names. Team 4 is going to be a perfect balance of creative and technical rail tricks. I'm thinking 5 will be the underdogs, not as many big names (on the EC that is, not sure about WC), but i see Parry, Zimmermann, Hibbs, Berman, Goodnough. Damn. Then Team 6 has Lyman who put out a crazy season edit, Vandermeer personal favorite, Moxham is always fun to watch, and Karl is just sick.

Best year yet.

Actually, I take back what I said. Most of the up and comers on that list poached last year. Kieran, definitely. But I did forget to mention that I think it's awesome having women completely involved as if there were no gender difference. And hopefully we'll get some female poachers in the style of Maks, BMOS, and Joey, too.
