New park skis

I have been to my local ski shop and I have been looking at some k2 press skis, there so sick, but they said I should be riding a 168, but I have been riding my 181 Rossi scratch skis for years and there like dope for everything, does anyone have k2 press or have ridden them so they could give me a verdict?! Cheers

ya, just get w.e. size you feel you can handle, all the guys at my local shop always suggest a ski thats too small

If I were you I would go with the Domains instead. Theyre a little bit more expensive but I think its worth it. Presses can get speed wobble and are less durable than the domains. The domains are also wider

I've got K2 Press's and I really like them a lot however I think it would be better to go up to the K2 Domains as they're more durable. I find the the topsheet chips really easily on the Press's but if you're going super fast and hitting huge jumps then it would be a better idea to go for a stiffer ski.

Yeah man didn't even realise they existed ha! Sick skis though! But would you say a shorter ski is easier to jib on?!

What's your weight and height? And small skis are definitely easier to jib on, but you want something that can support your landings as well.

I'm around 5'9 and 140 lbs and I ride 176cm skis. They seem to be a good balance of length for both rails and bigger sized jumps. Everyone has a different opinion on ski length, though. Do what feels right for you.

Yeah man I'm like 6'0 and about 170 pounds?! I was thinking going a little shorter like 179?!

179's should be good, I don't think I would go too much lower than 176's though. My brother is 6'2 and 240 and he's on 176's and they are getting pretty small for him since his growth spurt.

Go with the domains, i love mine. the presses are a little on the lower quality side. You will not be dissapointed by upgrading to the domains

I have the k2 press and it's a good ski, pretty flexy, low swing weight, and just an overall fun ski to use. I personally have never gotten speed wobble from them but the fastest I've ever went on them is probably only around 50mph at my home mountain. If you have the money definitely go with the domains, but i would also recommend the press.
