The most amazing thing happened to me earlier today

So as I got back from a jog I started walking, thinking nothing from it I see a lady just sitting on the bench. She looked really upset and so I walked near her and asked if she was okay. She looked very familiar but I couldn't put two and two together. She looked at me and just cried. I asked her what's wrong? She said that was the first time in a long time that someone asks how she was. I thought to myself like umm okay? But I just waited for her to say something more. And she looked at me and said she was going to lose her house and that her boyfriend cheated on her with her bestfriend. And she said that no one cares. And I said one thing: God does. And she looked at me and asked how old I was and I said twenty. And she was shocked. She said well you have some wisdom for just the age that your are. And all I thought in my head was why am I talking to this person? But I felt lead to.. the way she sounded and acted like she was going to do something like commit suicide or drink or something... but I told her that God does care about her and I told her it would be okay. She just said thank you. And told me I stopped her from making a huge mistake. I don't know what that mistake was, but I got back and I know it wasn't much but I saw how God's timing is truly remarkable. He uses us each in different ways. He saved a life right there. Random acts of kindness can go a long way. None of this was my doing. It was all Gods.

tl;dr: God works in mysterious ways and I felt his love today

No, god didn't save her life. If you want to say anything that happened while you were talking to her saved her life, it was you.

God helps steer the doctors in the right direction. Everything is overseen by Him. Obviously everyone has their time when they transcend into Heaven and it is under God's will.

I know how hard it is sometimes to find God, and believe me it was a long path to get to where I am today. I will pray for all of you that you find God because his light brings much happiness to so many people.

Jamie Pierre was such a strong man. He had a lot of faith. Remember when he hucked that MASSIVE cliff and came out unscathed? Not even a scratch. That is God's work.

I think religion is important to help shape people for the good. I never really believed the whole jesus thing. I've read a bunch of the new testament and I still find jesus hard to believe in. I do see how REAL christians compared to non christians act. If someone is a real christian there is something about them that stands out i've noticed.

To be honest there are good people in every religion. and I feel the roots of every religion is being a better person and helping others. the problem is that it doesn't work this way most of the time.

I think science is extremely important and intertwines with religion. I still think religion is important even in todays world.

i give u mad props, everybody has reasons they are here, i do believe in God and i dont judge if u dont, but i do feel u saved a life and you were what Jesus instructed his disciples to do, and that was to spread the word of God and do things for others. You probably saved this womens life, random acts of kindness are awesome, i wish more people did them

that story was awesome and i was super stoked that you were able to help that lady out, but those last two posts made me lose some respect. everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, if you are happy with yours and if it makes your life better than good for you. but, i don't like the way you say all this stuff as if it is fact. there is no need to force your faith down other people's throats, saying that all this is definitely true. that has been the problem with religion in the past, people trying and fighting to have others believe what they do.
