Bindings on amazon

So because every legit ski website is out of the bindings I want, is buying them on amazon a bad idea?

I've gotten plenty of things on amazon, and most of the products come from a ski shop, but are just listed on amazon.

Yep, a lot of ski shops list on eBay and Amazon as well as their own site.

Okay so this is my dilemma.
Amazon:
The store it ships from:

The actual store is cheaper but does amazon have better returns/warranty or anything?
I would rather order through amazon because I trust them, but if it makes no difference then I'll go with the cheaper one
