bananas are an excellent food...especially for athletes. great source of energy and your muscles, even the little baby muscles some of you guys sport, benefit immensely from the vitamins and minerals found in bananas.
agreed. bananas that are starting to become over ripe, i.e. with spots are ok for banana pancakes, protein shakes, etc. but for just eating plain, bananas that still have an ever so slight hint of green are the bees knees.
