Poles with skinny grips?

Lately I've been feeling like the poles are getting in the way of doing grabs in the air. Is this why people go no poles? I still like to have my poles for pushing around and shit so what would be my alternative?

Hockey stick grip!
Remove origional grip from pole. Use hockey tape to build a softer and skinnier grip.

i gotta say i was always a fan of "free" poles but i bought some of those line poles and they are awesome.

they have a grab tab specifically for what u said about the grabs

Lol grab tabs don't do shit. The most effective use of them is picking up your other pole when you drop it.

On my park poles I have got bmx grips, they're soft and super grippy. I've inverted them such that they have a full 360 grab tab. To fit them I needed a couple of layers of duct tappe to fit them but they're good now.
