Its getting worse now, but when I click on a lot of the links on NS (just for like threads and stuff, nothing weird) it redirects me to random ass sites and pages. I have a mac so I'm not super worried about viruses and stuff from it, its just annoying.

Your the only one with this problem. Your computer might be infected.

Do a malware scan. That's the problem.
