Take a look at this thread. It has a negative rating, but it seems like a decent, non troll thread. But due to a few dumb comments, the whole thread gets rated low. Also anyone can now rate any thread they want through the roof even if it sucks, all you have to do is upvote every comment, or downvote every one to make a good thread look bad. Itswaayyyyy too easy to manipulate thread ratings to whatever you want. Not sure what a solution would be, but if upvoting is going to be a bigger and bigger deal, this should kind of be sorted out.
