Straining too hard

I was at the gym last night doing pretty heavy barbell curls (155) heaviest i've gone before I managed to get 6 reps out, on the last one i was just dieing so when i dropped the weight all the sudden i got this instant really bad headache for about 20 seconds then it went down to just a mild one. Now it's a day later but my head still feels heavy, has anyone had this happen to them before?

my science teacher used to be this hardcore weight lifting guy, and he was doing something...i don't remember what it was, but it involved a hella lot of weight and his left arm, anyway, it put so much strain on his muscle, that it ripped the muscles and ligaments off his ulna and his bicep completely snapped up into his shoulder, pretty gross....HUGE scar
